Rekstur has worked closely on this townhome in several phases to update the street facade including new brownstone, slate tile roof, and custom cornice. The project has also included backyard landscaping, custom lighting and millwork elements, and a remodeling of the garden floor rental apartment, parlor level kitchen, and master bathroom. Future work to include penthouse addition and rear expansion.
